Hello to all,
Having subscribed to various mailing lists at yahoogroups using my googlemail account, it seems like I receive all incoming messages to the respective discussion groups. However, whenever I send a message to a mailing list at Yahoogroups, it apparently doesn't reach the group. Well, I'm not 100 % sure. At least it doesn't show up when I check my emails and I never get any replies to my messages.
Any ideas what the problem could be?

for one i do know google groups conversations, so your reply is added in to the thread. that could make you miss replies as well
That's my only complaint about google's email system. Here's what's happening. Your messages actually are arriving to the yahoogroup, and getting posted, but when the mesage comes back on the list, google, in its infinite wisdom, sees that it's from you, and doesn't put it in your inbox. The weird part is it does this for new topics you start, but usually doesn't do this if it's something you replied to in the group.

Um...you prob want to go into your g-mail settings, and change your setting to send you reciets for emails you send.
